Initial Visit:Â
We will be assessing and building out a customized plan to jumpstart you towards your goals. This will involve us building an environment that encourages positive behaviors, practicing mindfulness, and learning “how” to eat to achieve body composition changes.

Ongoing Coaching:
We will be conquering barriers that are setting you back and fine tuning your plan to get results! Focusing on moments outside of your typical routine, easy strategies to keep yourself on track when you don’t feel motivated, and making sure your movement/exercise strategies are in support of your goals.
We also will be evaluating other areas outside of your nutrition to make sure you have all aspects of health in alignment to reach your goals (sleep, hydration, stress) and you feel 100% confident in your plan so you never have to go on a diet again! Â
